WHO IS THE COLORED PENCIL?
Who am I? I am Egg. Egg is Me.
I am The Colored Pencil. A Black, multi-media artist, cartoonist, and illustrator. I created Colored Pencil Comics, a publishing company in 2022.
I've been drawing all my life, but now I have a website and publishing company for my creations!
My work is primarily two-dimensional, with heavy influences from animation, illustration, cinematography, and graphic design. Much of my work is pulled from real life experiences and observations. Particularly Egg, who is basically my inner child.
Most of my work is created by a hybrid method of traditional hand-inking and digital illustration.
I have so much fun making my characters come to life and am so excited to share my work with the world!
